INGREDIENTS:
(To form a 20 cm diameter)
To test.
● 3 eggs (room t)
● 1/2 Glasses sugar
● 4 tbsp. spoons of honey (honey if thick, then, no slides!)
● 1 teaspoon baking soda
● 1 cup flour (I needed 150 g)
For the custard.
● 1 egg
● 100 g of sugar
● 1 tbsp. spoon flour
● 250 ml. milk
● 100 g seq. oil Preparation
of biscuit:
Whip eggs with sugar to form a lush, white mass.
Honey shift in a heavy-bottomed saucepan and heat to 50 degrees.
Pour soda (weight will foam) and stirring constantly (over medium heat), to bring a lot of dark - caramel color.
Stir hot honey (one spoon) into the whipped eggs with sugar,constant stirring to eggs not curled.
In reception 2-3 add the sifted flour.
Should have the dough consistency resembling thick cream.
Pour the batter into the pan, the bottom of which pave the parchment paper.
Bake cake for 40 minutes at t -160 "(guided on your oven).
Cooking cream.
Mix in a saucepan: eggs,sugar, milk.
Add flour and mix well.
Heat the milk-egg mixture over medium heat, stirring constantly (do not forget about the "corners" of the pan), until thickened.
Pour the brew basis in a bowl, cover with cling film and allow to cool completely.
Oil room t beat until daylight, combine with the cooled custard base and whisk again.The result is supposed to be a smooth cream, uniform texture.
Cooled cake cut into three patty, oil cream, decorate crumbs.
