Ingredients:
· 200-250g onions,
· 1 large carrot,
· 600g beef pulp,
· 1 handful of prunes
· 2/3-1 teaspoon salt
Preparation:
Chop onion, grate the carrots and put out a small amount of water over medium heat, covered.
While preparing meat, vegetables reserve stew.Slice the meat and pour into a saucepan.
Prunes rinse and also add to the skillet. Prunes must take fragrant and sour, sweet prunes as meat for everybody.
Add 1/2 cup boiling water, add salt and simmer until tender meat.
